California Pizza Kitchen

This place is less than a mile away from the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art so it was easy to navigate. The food is nothing spectacular or out of the ordinary. It's a cozy spot though! It wasn't rush hour but it took about half an hour to get our food ready so good luck during rush hour! We had chicken salad, pepperoni pizza and crunchy mac and cheese. That Mac and cheese was very good!

Our waitress was friendly and attentive and our food came out pretty fast. I would definitely eat here again.

Spoiler - I did not eat the pizza... I wanted to save in calories, so we had a salmkn and a bowl with chicken. I was hoping for the chicken to be warm, but everything was cold. The salmkn though was very good as the side of corn and feta cheese. I would recommend it because it's less busy at night than any close restaurants and you can get a nice booth. Service is good and quite fast as well.

Had a pizza and a salad, couple drinks. Was good service, delicious food. Price was on the higher end but would definitely be back next time in San Francisco.

A late dinner with my friends proved to be the best pizza in sfo . Amazing hospitality , wholesome food.

Pizza dough was very fatty. Waiter had done the job, that's all. So far okay, gives better pizza in SF.

Always go for lunch, they're really good about having your order ready when you arrive. I always order online which makes it even more convenient. They also have a section where you can sit solo and eat and plug up your phone which is a nice addition. Food is always 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾which i can def appreciate.

Stopped by last night for a quick dinner by myself. I'm in town attending a conference. I was greeted with a nice smile and was quickly taken to my table. The server came a few minutes later and took my order. My meal was good and came in short order. Overall my experience was good. The restaurant was clean. My only "complaint" is that some of the tables are arranged too close to each other. I would come back again for lunch or dinner and I would recommend this location to anyone.

The place is nice with a cool vibe. I was in a hurry so I had to take a togo order with a pizza for me. The pizza size was something like medium to large, definitely way much bigger in portion for a single person. I wish they could have a small / personal serving. The pizza was nice and freshly baked. The toppings were pepperoni, Italian sausages, fresh basil etc. the crust was nice, ingredients were fresh. Overall it was fantastic.

Good location, better than the other location we've tried

After the first and second time, there’s some issues with the food each time when I go there, but they handled it very well, so still a nice restaurant to recommend. The pizza is amazing, try it, and you will fall in love with it!

Scoti the bartender was wonderful! Made my son and I feel very comfortable and welcome. They had a rush of people ordering at the same time and he took charge in the heat of things in a very calm and authoritative manner which helped things progress smoothly and quickly. He appears to be a great asset to this organization. Thank you for making our night so great!

CPK is always solid and consistent across their restaurants. Also incredibly fast getting out our order. They have a bar here with live sports.

I was here in the evening time and the whole place is so lit. The main entrance to the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. This place is good for both individual and group relaxation. Once I was seated, a personnel walked to my table and took my order. There are options for non-alcoholic and other type of drinks as well. The price in my view is inexpensive.

Love going here. The wait staff is friendly. I go to the bar and order carry out often. I see the same bartender and he's nice to talk to and gives helpful hints to make the experience better.

Came here with a friend for its convenient location. Friendly staff and comfortable seating. It wasn’t busy meal time, but service was kind of slow. Pasta was good. However, the pizza was disappointing. The topping was fresh, yet the dough was definitely over baked—it was the most chewy one we’ve eaten so far. Don’t think we’ll be visiting this location again, not for pizza anyway.

The staff is amazing, I can't remember the name of our server but he is probably the oldest staff there, super friendly. He was super nice and fulfilled all my weird off menu requests like for example I told him to add rum to the Strawberry lemonade to make a cocktail out of it and he happily obliged. Pizza was perfect I asked for extra spicy and it was just the right amount of spice and taste with thin crust.

One of my go-to spots to grab some food. fantastic location, well organised, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them!

It's a great place for pizza. The pizza is a little dry as they dont give too much tomato sauce

The pizza was flavorless & the dough was like cardboard. Staff are disorganized. Initially helpful but after a complaint they had nasty unhelpful attitudes. William the manger was kind understanding & fixed the issue. There is no reasonable parking. But ample public transportation.

Excellent place for pizzas. I have been here on couple of occasions and this place has never disappointed, be it taste of the items or the services. Would recommend it any point of time.

It's a big place so they were able to accommodate our group of 34 (pre-reserved). Everything was tasty, service was great. Only wish the pizzas were bigger. Their largest is more like an average pizza's medium.

Big space and great for large gathering reservation parties! Conveniently located about a block away from ice cream museum and enjoyable stroll through main Market street.Food is alright. I like the avocado chicken egg roll with the side sauce that comes with it. I like the arugula salad that was dressed well and tossed freshly nice! Spinach dip was a good starter too. Shishito peppers was a bit spicy, which gave it great flavor and a kick and on a bit of a salty side. Kung pao spaghetti was good for a pasta fusion dish. Ribeye was spot on if you're looking for meat.Service came around, but a tad slow. We had to ask for more utensils and refills on water. Standard chain. Came here out of convenience on holding large parties.

A great dining experience! I totally thought the California Pizza Kitchen was kind of like a straw hat or a round table but I was completely wrong this restaurant was very stylish had a great menu great desserts an excellent wine selection. It offered a grab and go pizza selection. Or if you wanted to just grab a drink at the bar and watch the game you could do that aswell
